Position Summary

Our line cooks keep the kitchen moving and buzzing, you are a crucial member of the kitchen team and guest experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in northern Thai food
Must have at least 2 years of prior line cook experience
Candidate must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
Ability to Mulittask calmly under pressure
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
Manage the quality of food items
Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
Restock station when necessary
Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines
Must have Food Handler Safety Card
Handle and store food products correctly, FIFO
Must be able to assist with cleaning projects
Assist another station when necessary
Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holidays
All other duties as assigned

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
